The publication presents the tendencies of regional, and European development financing during the period of 2016 - 2021. It mainly focuses on Lithuanian development cooperation policy financing, strategy implementation, the inclusion of various stakeholders, and transparency in the financing system. Analyzes also includes case study stories from various Lithuanian NGOs and their development cooperation projects during 2016 - 2021.
